Jamie: Level 6 Stylist and Owner of Cut to the Chase Salon & Spa
Meet Jamie – a seasoned stylist and proud owner of Cut to the Chase Salon & Spa. She graduated from the cosmetology program at Minuteman Tech in Lexington in 1994 and has been in the salon industry for over 25 years. Whether it's a bold change in color, subtle highlights, or a fresh haircut, Jamie is passionate about making her clients look and feel amazing. She keeps up with the latest trends by attending regular training classes. When she's not behind the chair, Jamie enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones.
Allison - Level 6
Allison is the co-founder of Cut to the Chase Salon. Opening May 2007, Allison has strived to make Cut to the Chase a comfortable environment for the clients to relax and recharge during their visit.
Prior to opening the salon Allison graduated from Continental Hair Academy in Hudson, NH. After completing her education, she went on to work in Westford, MA for the two years leading up to opening of Cut to the Chase.
Allison has and continues to take continuing education in all the latest coloring, cutting and hair treatments. Her specialties include, but are not limited to; corrective color, bridal up-dos and makeup, Brazilian Blowout, and Deva Curl.
When not behind the chair she enjoys spending time with her family, friends. and teaching at Pure Barre Westford.
Brandon - Level 6
Brandon brings an edge of style to his hair cutting, coloring and styling. 20 years plus in the industry, Brandon was a previous salon owner in Boston now bringing his talent to Cut to the Chase Salon. He began his career in Boston but he also worked in South Beach Miami where her learned how to cut, color and style with an edge. "My favorite hair style is sexy- messy....structured but not....hair you can put a lot of time into..or not...but either way it looks great....that’s great hair." Halle - Level 5
Halle has worked at Cut to the Chase Salon for 8 years. Graduated from Lowell Academy Hair-styling Institute and continues to educate herself on all the new color/cutting trends and techniques. Halle has a creative eye and enjoys giving clients new and exciting transformations! She strives to have every client leave her chair feeling confident and beautiful. She specializes in color, vivid colors, blonding, balayage, Brazilian Blowout, tape-in extensions and updos.
When not behind the chair she works on her other passion of photography and artwork.
Amanda - Level 5
Amanda started working in a salon at the age of 16 and fell in love with the trade. Now working as a stylist for the last 9 years continues to love all aspects of the industry. From coloring, highlighting, Balayage, and fashion colors, keeping herself always up to date. Amanda is certified in Deva Cutting, Hot Heads Extensions, and Brazilian Blowouts. She loves being able to grow & continue her education.
She’s continued to sharpen her hair cutting techniques to ensure a well-balanced, free flowing, stylish look that is easy for clients to keep up with on their own.
Amy - Level 5
Amy is one of our Master Stylist’s at Cut to the Chase Salon & Spa. In the industry for over 20 years, Amy’s experience behind the chair and customer service is top of the line. Amy, a graduate of CHS, started her career in high school as an assistant at Mr. John’s getting hands on experience prior to attending Beauty Creators Academy in Everett, MA. The bulk of her experiences comes from working at Roberts Salon in Belmont, where she expanded her skillset from everything starting with but not limited to, men and women's haircuts, colors, foils, and updo’s. Amy made the difficult decision to leave Roberts after 18 years, to be able to work closer to home so she could spend more time with her three, now teenage boys. As an intricate member of our team here at Cut to the Chase for the last four years, Amy has wowed us with her amazing skillset. She is an amazing addition to our team, and we love seeing all the unbelievable looks she produces every week here at the salon. When Amy isn’t at work, you can catch her at the beach with her two dogs or whipping up an amazing meal for her friends and family.
Courtney - Level 5
Courtney graduated from Lowell academy hairstyling institute and has been behind the chair for 14 years. She specializes in color, foils, and wedding hair and makeup. She loves coming to work and being able to do something creative every day. She has spent numerous hours continuing her education and keeping up with the latest trends. She’s certified in keratin treatments, makeup, and different styles of hair extensions.

Emily - Level 4
Emily loves the interacting and creativity of being a hairstylist. She takes pride in her work, and it shows. She enjoys meeting new people and making them leave the salon feeling truly confident. She specializes in color, highlights, low-lights, and styling. Her talent as a makeup artist is truly amazing. Emily’s favorite thing about the beauty industry is that it is constantly changing. She loves to learn about the latest techniques to make sure she is constantly becoming a better stylist and makeup artist.
Jordyn - Level 3
Jordyn is very passionate about education and learning. She stays on top of all trending techniques while keeping her clients updated on social
media. Her favorite services to perform behind the chair consist of your out-of-ordinary specialty colors and extensions! She is knowledgeable with color formulations and enjoys your high contrast foil highlights, as well as balayage. Outside of the salon, you can find her in the kitchen with her grandmother or cuddled up with one of her fur babies.
Catalina - Level 3
Growing up in Acton, MA Catalina has always loved doing hair. When the opportunity arose to change careers, she jumped at the chance to finally take the leap and attend beauty school and follow her dream. Attending Tony and Guy Academy, Catalina has discovered that she loves color and foiling, updos and finish work. She is always seeking to learn more and take new classes in the latest trends techniques. Working at Cut to the Chase has allowed her to shadow many of the Senior Stylists, in salon. Being able to assist and learn from her team members has been a big part of her continuing education in our ever-changing industry. When Catalina isn’t at work, she is spending all her time with her amazing daughter Esme and teaching at Pure Barre Westford.
Sara - Level 3
Sara was born to make people beautiful. She has an eye for color, fashion, and style. She loves doing hair, makeup and having new experiences every day. Sara is continually learning and has attended many advanced color classes and would love to create a personalized color for you. She is your go-to girl for the latest in design and style. She is always excited to try new and trendy techniques.
Amanda-lyn - Level 2
Amanda-lyn, graduated hairdressing school from Toni and Guy in 2021 where I fell in love with transforming people’s hair and making people feel beautiful. Some of my favorite things to do are blow outs, root colors, styling, highlighting, and men’s cut I am newer to the industry with 1 year under my belt. I thrive to keep learning and educating myself within the industry every day. I am outgoing and love to make people feel welcomed and comfortable. Hope to see you in my chair soon!
Kaitlyn - Level 2
Kaitlyn graduated from the cosmetology program at Nashoba Valley Technical High School. After graduating top in her class in 2023, with her license, she was ready to begin her career. She worked as an assistant in the Cut to the Chase training program, where she learned and assisted with other stylists. She began taking her own clients after a year and a half assisting and was thrilled to be able to build her own clientele. She fell in love with doing hair at a very young age and her love and passion for it has only grown. Kaitlyn’s favorite services consist of hair styling, cutting, and lightening! Kaitlyn is always looking to try new things and stay up to date on new trends! Kaitlyn has learned so much and can’t wait to continue building her career.
When not working in the salon, she is teaching dance classes at Studio Rhythm Dance Center and spending time with family and friends!
Carolina - Assistant / Level 1
Carolina began her love for beauty at a very young age, she has always wanted to make a career out of her passions. She specializes in a variety of services such as hairstyling, skincare and makeup. To this day, Carolina continues to expand her knowledge on the new trends of modern beauty and wellness to help her clients achieve their goal look. She enjoys making new connections and creating relationships with everyone she meets and she loves to express herself through her work.
T - Master Esthetician
is a certified Master Esthetician and a 2018 graduate of the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics where she completed 1200 hours of education and training. Additionally T’s experience and education includes 16 years of medical sales and marketing and a Bachelors degree from the University of South Florida.
She is passionate about the science of skin and related treatments and technologies.
T is a client focused and results driven esthetician. Her ability to understand the clients goals paired with thoughtful skin care analysis and treatments results in healthy, repaired and rejuvenated skin for her clientele that they can be proud of.

Darcy - Salon Manager
Darcy has been in the beauty industry for over 27 years, specializing in customer relations. She is very personable and strives to make all guests feel welcome.
Darcy also enjoys staying up to date on all the newest beauty trends and merchandise.
When Darcy isn't at the salon she is spending time with her teenage daughter or relaxing at her happy place- the beach!
